225 g putera/margarina
125 g mekog brasna
220 g secera
2 kasicice praska za pecivo
50g kokosa
4 jaja
200 g rendane sargarepe
sok i narendana kora od jedne pomorandze
100 g krem sira
sok od pola limuna
100 g prah secera
Omeksati margarin i izmutiti ga sa secerom. Dodati jedno po jedno jaje i mutiti posle svakog jajeta. Dodati brasno pomesano sa praskom za pecivo, kokos. Promesati. Dodati sargarepu i koru pomorandze. Promesati. Dodati sok od pomorandze. Sve pomesati i sipati u pleh za kolace podmazan ili prekriven pek papirom. Peci u rerni zagrejanoj na 180 stepeni C oko 40 minuta .
Na prohladjen kolac staviti glazuru koju cete dobiti tako sto umutite sve sastojke. Posuti kokosom.
For batter:
225 g butter
125 g flour
220 g caster sugar
2 tsp baking powder
50g grinded coconut
4 eggs
200 g grinded carrots
juice and rind of one orange
100 g cream cheese
juice of half lemon
100 g icing sugar
Preheat oven to 170 degrees C.
Mix butter with sugar then add one by one egg beating after each egg. Add flour with baking powder and coconut. Add carrots and rind and juice of one orange. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
For icing combine ingredients and spread over the cooled cake.
